I am a little late in getting this on here--I asked my dad to get me a copy of this picture at the last minute. It is my mom's engagement picture, and is one of my favorites of her (my other favorite is a picture of her pregnant, just before she went to the hospital to deliver me, looking much cuter than I ever did pregnant! Maybe that's the next one I'll have to ask for!)I actually wrote something trying to describe my mom, but haven't really figured out how to capture the full flavor of her. Something to work on. All I can say for now, is that her love has been a powerful influence for good in my life and the life of my family. I am so grateful that my daughters have been able to know her. I love you, Mom!

Wow! That picture is awesome and boy do your girls look a lot like your side of the family! Being around the Schill side, that's what I have always seen but now, whoa, I see your mom in your girls! Maybe we look more like my side of the family than I always think since we are always around Abbotts, I should post my mom's picture and see what you think!
One more thought...have you seen Olivia's mother's day post? She looks like so much like her mom, too!

I saw a picture of Olivia's mom on facebook. It was so fun to see the resemblance, that I thought it would be fun to post my mom's picture. I love to see how the dna translates as it trickles down the family tree! :) Wait until you see my dad!
